相比起唔同嘅賀年糕點 (每100克計),年糕嘅熱量係最高,而桂花糕 / 蒸蘿蔔糕會比較低。但係我哋食嘢係一舊舊咁食嘅,所以每件糕點嘅熱量、碳水化合物、蛋白質、脂肪份量都寫左係第二個post道(Swipe right!) ~ 你依家知點解食左兩件煎蘿蔔糕就等於一碗飯嘅熱量啦!
